Ingredients
- 1-2cm piece of fresh ginger, sliced
- 1/2 fresh lemon, and extra slices for finishing
- 1 tsp honey
Equipment
- Mug
- Lemon juicer
Instructions
- Boil water.
- In the meantime, juice the 1/2 lemon and pour into your mug.
- Slice the 1-2cm piece of fresh ginger, and ensure the skin is removed. Add this to your mug.
- Add in your honey and a couple of lemon slices.
- Once boiled, pour the water to fill the mug. Stir and let it sit for 2-3 minutes then enjoy.
