Recipe - Warming Ginger Tea

Warming Ginger Tea by Foodland

Ingredients

  • 1-2cm piece of fresh ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 fresh lemon, and extra slices for finishing
  • 1 tsp honey

Equipment

  • Mug
  • Lemon juicer

Instructions

  1. Boil water.
  2. In the meantime, juice the 1/2 lemon and pour into your mug.
  3. Slice the 1-2cm piece of fresh ginger, and ensure the skin is removed. Add this to your mug.
  4. Add in your honey and a couple of lemon slices.
  5. Once boiled, pour the water to fill the mug. Stir and let it sit for 2-3 minutes then enjoy.
