Cheesy garlic with chorizo crumb pull-a-part bread by Foodland Recipe Kitchen

Ingredients
- 3 chorizo, finely diced
- 1 large cob loaf
- 200g butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to season
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated gouda cheese

- Non stick fry pan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 C
- Place the diced chorizo in a non stick fry pan and cook till crisp, remove from pan and drain on kitchen paper.
- Using a bread knife, cut a cross pattern into the loaf making sure not to slice all
the way through the bottom crust. - In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Brush prepared cob with herb butter making sure to get between all the cuts.
- Sprinkle the cooked chorizo and grated cheeses over the loaf again making sure to get in between the cuts.
- Wrap loaf in foil, bake in oven for 20 minutes or till cheese is melted.
- Serve on a board with extra parsley.
