Having trouble accessing your Foodland App? We’ve compiled a few frequently asked questions that may help you.

Q. My app keeps crashing what should I do?

A. Logout of the app on the ‘account” page, uninstall the app from your phone, restart your phone, reinstall the app and log back in.

Q. I don’t have a barcode / the “scan rewards card” page doesn’t have a barcode, what should I do?

A. Logout of the app on the ‘account” page, uninstall the app from your phone, restart your phone, reinstall the app and log back in.

Q. What Android operating system does the app work on?

A. The app is Android compatible with version 8.1 and may be functional on some older OS versions.

Q. What iPhone operating system does the app work on?

A. The iOS minimum version is 15.5. Please update you iOS if on an older version.
